Shipping Information

At eFurniture Mart, we ship your order using the safest, fastest and most reliable methods possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery and freight carriers nationwide. Due to the size of our orders, we generally use ground carriers.

When your order ships, we will notify you of all carrier and tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date and time via email. After an order is placed, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 1-6 business days. We encourage you to track your packages either online or though the carrier's phone service. Contact us at 1-888-881-1113 for assistance in tracking your package. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

In the event that you desire the products quickly, we, in most cases, are able to accommodate you. Please contact us regarding expediting shipping fees.


How will my order ship?

We offer 5 different shipping methods.

Ground

We generally ship all lighter smaller items via UPS, Fed EX, DHL, and USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items that we sell.

eFurniture Mart will email you a tracking number so that you may track the order and the expected delivery date. Shipments usually arrive 1-6 business days from the time the order leaves the warehouse.

We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. However, the decision to leave a package without a signature is at the discretion of the driver. If you wish to have an item left at your doorstep it is advised you leave a note on the door with instructions to leave the item without signature.

Expedited shipping methods are available.

Curbside Delivery

  • Delivery to: A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home. You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.
  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging: The item will be left in the original packaging.
  • Assembly: Not Included

Inside Entryway (Optional Upgrade)

  • Delivery to: Front door or equivalent. If you live in a home with a garage, the item will be left in your garage. If you don't have a garage, the item will be left in your front entrance. If you live in an apartment above the first floor you may want to upgrade to Inside Delivery: Room of Choice service.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment is in your local area, a representative from the delivery terminal will call you to arrange an exact delivery date and 4 hour appointment window.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging: The item will be left in the original packaging.
  • Assembly: Not Included

Room of Choice (Optional Upgrade)

  • Delivery to: A room of your choice inside your home. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps) or in an elevator. Let us know if you need additional flights.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment is in your local area, a representative from the delivery terminal will call you to arrange an exact delivery date and 4 hour appointment window.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging: The item will be left in the original packaging.
  • Assembly: Not Included

Full Service Delivery & Assembly (Optional Upgrade)

  • Delivery to: A room of your choice inside your home. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps) or in an elevator.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment is in your local area, a representative from the delivery terminal will call you to arrange an exact delivery date and 4 hour appointment window.
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Packaging: The delivery team will remove and dispose of all packaging for your convenience.
  • Assembly: The delivery team will provide 30 minutes of basic assembly service. Assembly includes light set up requiring basic tools, such as a screw driver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform assembly service including electrical, plumbing, or component installation. If you need the shipment carried up more than 30 steps, give us a call and we'll look into arrangements.
Free Shipping

In order to make your shopping easy and enjoyable, our listed prices already include FREE GROUND SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental United States. There is an additional fee to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories. You should beware of retailers that hide their fees and shipping charges. At eFurniture Mart, we will never surprise you with any hidden charges or fees. The price you see when you check out is the price you pay.


Shipping To Multiple Addresses

At eFurniture Mart, we offer you the ability to easily send separate items within the same order to separate addresses. For each item in your shopping cart, you can designate a specific shipping recipient. Call us for assistance with this process.


Shipping International

Orders can be shipped to destinations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories can be accommodated through additional fees. Please call for pricing 1-888-881-1113.
